| 1 Prawn
and Chicken Spring Rolls
Ingredients:
• 10 Pieces of Hana Chicken
Spring Rolls.
Ingredients of the sauce:
• 2 tablespoon light soy
sauce.
• ¼ teaspoon sugar.
• ¼ cup water.
• 2 teaspoons cornflower.
• 1-tablespoon black bean sauce.
Instruction:
• Place Hana Chicken Spring
Rolls in bamboo steamer lined with baking paper.
• Cook covered, over wok or large pan of simmering
water until Hana Chicken Spring Rolls
are heated through.
• Serve Hana Chicken Spring Rolls drizzled with
sauce.
• Garnish Hana Chicken Spring Rolls with slices
of carrot and tomatoes and some parsley.
Instruction of the Sauce:
• Combine all ingredients
in small pan, stir over heat until mixture boils and
thickens slightly.

• ¼ litter olive oil.
Instruction:
• Heat oil in pan
and put Hana Spring rolls filled Goz Beeb in the oil
