1 Fish Ravioli

Ingredients:
• Hana Fish Ravioli.
• 1 spring onion finely chopped.
• 1 slice of onion.
• 1 slice of lemon.
• 6 peppercorns.
• 1 bay leaf.
• 1 tbsp lemon juice.
• 300ml (1/2 pint) water.
• 30g (1oz) butter or margarine.
• 2 tbsps lemon juice.
• Salt.
• Pepper.

Instruction:
• Melt butter in pan.
• Stir in flour, and cook for 30 seconds.
• Draw off heat, and gradually stir in liquid from cooked fish.
• Return to heat and bring to boil.
• Simmer for 4 minutes, stirring continuously.
• Add cream and mix well.
• Season to taste.
• Remove from heat, and gradually stir in lemon juice.
• Do not reboil.
• Pour sauce over Hana ravioli and serve immediately.

2 Meat Ravioli

Ingredients:
• Hana Meat Ravioli.
• 60g(2oz) butter or margarine.
• 400g(14oz) can plum tomatoes.
• 1 small onion, peeled and grated.
• 1 small carrot, diced finely.
• 1 bay leaf.
• 3 parsley stalks.
• Salt.
• Pepper.
• 60g(2oz) Parmesan cheese, grated.
• 225g (8oz) juice of cooked meat.


Instruction:

• Put all ingredients in saucepan.
• Add juice of cooked meat, and bring to boil.
• Simmer for 10 minutes.
• Push through a sieve, and return smooth sauce to pan.
• Adjust seasoning.
• Put Hana Meat Ravioli in a warm dish and cover with tomato sauce.
• Serve immediately with grated Parmesan cheese.


3 Spinach Ravioli


Ingredients:
• Hana Spinach Ravioli.
• 30g(1oz) butter or margarine.
• 15g(1/2oz) flour.
• 300ml(1/2pint) milk.
• 1tsp frensh mustard.
• 2tbsps grated Parmesan cheese.
• Salt.
• Pepper.

 Instruction:
• Heat butter in pan.
• Stir in flour and cook for 30 seconds.
• Draw off heat, and stir milk in gradually.
• Bring to boil and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring continuously.
• Add mustard, and half the cheese, and seasoning to taste.
• Put salt and pepper.
• Pour sauce over Hana Spinach Ravioli, and serve immediately with remaining cheese
Sprinkled over the top.
